If you haven’t been using the Google Chrome web browser, I highly suggest that you get accustomed to it. Aside from the many benefits of it’s extensions, now available for MAC as well as Windows, it really is a great browser for online surfing. Not only that, You can use a lot of its extensions to further your online business. What do I mean? Well, for starters, there are developer-created extensions which allow for the “eavesdropping” of competitive websites and their information. Some of the information that you could use to enhance your network and affiliate marketing include, but are not limited to:

• Website META tags
• Backlinks
• Page Rank

And a host of other useful tidbits of info. In my estimation, the top 10 Google Chrome Extensions that you must have are (in no particular order of importance):

1. SEO Playground – This Chrome SEO plugin implements the SEO Playground Tool (Bookmarklet) by David Naylor. This affords for greater functionality in Google Chrome.

2. Chrome SEO – Great source of SEO tools and resources (backlink check, page rank…etc)

3. SEO Status Pagerank/Alexa Toolbar – Shows the Pagerank and Alexa rank for every site you visit.  It will also increase the Alexa ranking of every site visited (smile).

4. Search Box – This extension allows you to search Google, Yahoo, Bing, Twitter and lots more!

5. Digg for Chrome – This lets you stay current on what is trending on Digg. Great for submitting url and viewing comment stats.

6. SEOQuake – Another great SEO tool for webmasters. This enables you to better optimize your campaigns based on current/relevant information.

7. Domain Details – A great plugin for viewing pertinent website information including software, IP parameters and other useful information. You can use what you find for your own webmaster endeavors.

8. Bit.ly – Use this extension to shorten you affiliate URL right from your Chrome browser. Excellent tool to include within your online marketing efforts. Track geographic information and other useful criterion.

9. gTasks – This is a very powerful tool that helps you track and keep on schedule with multiple projects. This extension is highly recommended.

10. META SEO Inspector – This extension allows for webmaster to easily stay in compliance with the Webmaster Google Guidelines. Use this to find useful information on other sites that you can use for your own landing pages, websites or blogs.
