In the continuing effort to give my website visitors a reason to return to my site, I’ve taken some time out to research what possible ways I could enhance this site’s overall user experience. I mean, sure, there are a lot of great Internet Marketing sites out there, but what could I do to set myself apart from the rest? Tutorials, latest news, free software and ebooks are among many of the various tidbits that are, can and will be offered in the near future.

But what could YOU really use, at this very moment, to help increase what you’re doing online? If you guessed MONEY then you’re on the right track (smile). To that end I’ve added an online job board that you can check out at your leisure, that offers various online work for you to showcase your talents. I’ve taken the time out to, compiled a list of prospects for the source code, and came up with a free service known as Donanza. Donanza’s online job board software allows publishers to feature a user-friendly job board on their websites.

Not only this, but you are able to set the standard price for advertisers to run ads on your website. There’s even functionality for special package deals for job posters. The advantage of this job board software is two-fold:

1. It gives great content to your site visitors – For those wishing to earn money for their talents, its an excellent alternative than doing the leg-work to find online jobs themselves.

2. It give you more power over ad space - With the ability to set a monthly base price for advertising jobs on your site, you have the added control of how much your ad space is worth. Some platforms don’t allow for this.

Another advantage to using the Donanza software is that they may showcase your company as a contributing partner to their projects. I’m a strong advocate of more exposure to one’s business. More exposure, free at that, is always a plus in my book.  Installation of the job board is relatively easy. You can edit the look and feel of the job board to suit your preferred color scheme and submit to get the HTML code.

Donanza also offers you the ability to link to your newly created job board. I chose not to use this option as I wanted visitors to remain on this site. To this end Donanza also offers you the ability to map your domain to your job board. There are several URL structures to choose from.
